All users are expected to:

Healthy disagreement is acceptable. Harassment, intimidation, humiliation, manipulation, or abusive behaviour is not.

Authenticity
Users must:
use real photos,
provide accurate information,
and represent themselves honestly.
Fake profiles, impersonation, catfishing, or intentionally misleading information are prohibited. Verification systems exist to help create a safer and more trustworthy community.

Zero Tolerance for Hate or Discrimination
Inclusivity
Borderless Love celebrates diversity, intercultural connection, and inclusivity. We do not tolerate:
racism,
hate speech,
discrimination,
xenophobia,
religious hatred,
misogyny,
bullying,
or targeted abuse.
Users who engage in hateful or discriminatory conduct may be permanently removed.

No Harassment or Abusive Behaviour
Anti-Harassment
The following behaviours are prohibited:
threats,
stalking,
intimidation,
bullying,
coercion,
manipulation,
emotional abuse,
repeated unwanted contact,
or sexually aggressive behavior.
“No” must always be respected. Users should feel safe interacting on the platform.

Keep Conversations Appropriate
Borderless Love is intended for meaningful community membership and respectful member interaction. Users must not:
send explicit sexual content,
pressure others sexually,
send unsolicited sexual messages,
share pornography,
or engage in sexually exploitative behaviour.
Sexually explicit, inappropriate, or predatory behaviour may result in immediate account removal.

No Scams, Fraud or Financial Exploitation
Anti-Scam
Users must never:
scam others,
request money dishonestly,
promote fake investments,
engage in impersonation or fraud,
or manipulate users financially.
The following are strictly prohibited:
crypto scams,
investment schemes,
fake emergencies,
gift card requests,
or financial coercion.
Any suspicious activity may be investigated and reported where appropriate.

Safety
Users must respect:
personal boundaries,
privacy,
consent,
and confidentiality.
Do not:
share another person’s private information,
post screenshots without consent,
expose conversations publicly,
or misuse personal content.
Users are encouraged to exercise caution before sharing personal information externally.

Platform Messaging Rules
To help improve safety and user experience:
messaging is limited to matched users,
and certain content may be automatically restricted.
Users may not attempt to bypass platform protections through:
spam,
repeated unsolicited messages,
or abusive communication.
Borderless Love may restrict:
phone numbers,
email addresses,
external links,
and suspicious messaging behaviour.

Safety
Borderless Love uses AI-assisted moderation systems alongside human review to help detect:
fake profiles,
scams,
harassment,
inappropriate content,
spam,
and suspicious behaviour.
Users agree that moderation systems may:
flag content,
restrict features,
review reports,
or suspend accounts for safety reasons.

Respect Events, Member Experiences & Community Spaces
Users participating in:
webinars,
live community sessions,
personal development sessions,
live discussions,
retreats,
or community groups
must behave respectfully toward:
hosts,
speakers,
moderators,
and other participants.
Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct during events or personal development sessions may result in:
removal from the session,
suspension,
or permanent account termination.

No Commercial Spam or Unauthorized Promotion
Users may not use Borderless Love to:
advertise unrelated businesses,
recruit users for external platforms,
spam promotions,
or solicit services without permission.
Unauthorized marketing or promotional activity is prohibited.

Reporting & Safety Concerns
Safety
Users are encouraged to report:
fake profiles,
suspicious activity,
harassment,
scams,
inappropriate content,
or safety concerns.
Borderless Love may investigate reports and take action where appropriate. We reserve the right to:
remove content,
suspend accounts,
or permanently ban users.

Offline Meetings & Personal Safety
Users interact and meet at their own discretion and risk. When meeting someone in person, users are encouraged to:
meet in public places,
inform trusted friends or family,
arrange their own transportation,
and trust their instincts.
Borderless Love cannot guarantee the conduct or intentions of users offline.

Violations & Enforcement

Severe violations may be reported to:
