By purchasing any subscription, personal development session, premium feature, event ticket, webinar access, retreat, workshop, advisory service, or other paid feature, you agree to this policy.
Borderless Love offers recurring subscription memberships which may include:
- CONNECT Membership
- PREMIUM Membership
- VIP Membership
- VVIP Membership
Subscription features, pricing, and benefits may change periodically.
By purchasing a subscription, users acknowledge that digital services and premium features may become accessible immediately after purchase, and they expressly consent to immediate access to such services.
All subscription prices are displayed before purchase.
Automatic Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize Borderless Love and its trusted payment partners to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Billing may occur:
- monthly,
- quarterly,
- or annually, depending on the selected plan.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through:
- account settings,
- subscription settings,
- or by contacting support.
Cancellation Rules
Deleting an account does NOT automatically cancel an active subscription.
Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal dates.
No Partial Refunds
This includes situations where:
- users stop using the platform,
- users fail to cancel before renewal,
- users do not use included guidance, advisory services, or event benefits,
- or users are dissatisfied after using premium features.
Unused benefits included within subscription tiers do not create entitlement to:
- refunds,
- credits,
- partial reimbursements,
- transferred sessions,
- or subscription discounts.
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
- duplicate charges,
- billing system errors,
- unauthorized transactions,
- or technical failures preventing access to paid services.
Refund requests should typically be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Borderless Love unless consumer law requires otherwise.
Refunds will generally NOT be issued for:
- change of mind,
- lack of matches,
- connection outcomes,
- personal dissatisfaction,
- inactivity,
- temporary pauses in use,
- forgotten cancellations,
- failure to use included services or events,
- account suspensions due to Terms violations,
- abusive behaviour,
- harassment,
- fraud,
- or chargeback abuse.
Because compatibility and connection outcomes depend on personal and human factors, Borderless Love cannot guarantee:
- compatibility,
- connection success,
- emotional outcomes,
- or community outcomes.
Users agree not to initiate false, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated:
- accounts may be suspended during investigation,
- access to paid features may be restricted,
- and future use of the platform may be prohibited.
Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment providers or relevant authorities.
Borderless Love may offer:
- one-to-one guidance,
- connection reviews,
- profile reviews,
- style and confidence guidance,
- date feedback and review sessions,
- personalized consultations,
- and other premium advisory or support services.
Member Experiences Included Within VVIP Membership
Certain guidance or advisory services may be included as part of a VVIP subscription plan.
Where services are included within a subscription:
- sessions must be booked in advance,
- availability may be subject to scheduling,
- and unused sessions do not roll over into future billing periods unless expressly stated otherwise.
Failure to use included sessions within the active subscription period does not create entitlement to:
- refunds,
- credits,
- partial reimbursements,
- or transferred sessions.
Members are responsible for booking and attending their sessions.
One-Off Paid Services & Bookings
Borderless Love may also offer paid services outside of subscription packages.
These services may include:
- personal development sessions,
- personal development consultations,
- profile reviews,
- style reviews,
- confidence guidance,
- personalized personal development guidance,
- date review sessions,
- and other premium support services.
These services must be booked in advance and may be subject to availability.
Member Experiences Booking Policy
Non-Refundable Digital Advisory Services
Unless otherwise required by law:
- guidance services,
- consultations,
- profile reviews,
- style reviews,
- confidence sessions,
- and other advisory services
are generally non-refundable once delivered or commenced.
Completed sessions or delivered advice cannot be refunded.
Dissatisfaction with:
- connection outcomes,
- community outcomes,
- personal development guidance,
- profile performance,
- confidence guidance,
- style recommendations,
- or personal results
does not qualify for a refund.
By purchasing these services, users acknowledge that:
- results cannot be guaranteed,
- experiences are subjective,
- and outcomes depend on individual effort, participation, and personal circumstances.
Borderless Love reserves the right to:
- reschedule appointments where reasonably necessary,
- modify service availability,
- or refuse services in cases of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.
Borderless Love may offer:
- live community sessions events,
- webinars,
- retreats,
- workshops,
- live community sessions,
- VIP experiences,
- couples' events,
- and other online or in-person experiences.
Certain events or experiences may be included within specific subscription tiers, including VIP and VVIP memberships.
Events Included Within Subscription Plans
Where events, live community sessions sessions, webinars, workshops, or premium experiences are included within a subscription package:
- users are responsible for booking their place where required,
- attendance is voluntary,
- and availability may be limited.
Failure to:
- book included events,
- attend booked events,
- participate in included experiences,
- or use subscription benefits during the active billing period
does not create entitlement to:
- refunds,
- credits,
- partial reimbursements,
- transferred sessions,
- or subscription discounts.
Unused included benefits do not roll over unless expressly stated otherwise.
One-Off Event Bookings
Users may also purchase individual event tickets or one-off access outside of their subscription tier.
This may include:
- live community sessions events,
- webinars,
- retreats,
- workshops,
- guidance events,
- live Q&A sessions,
- and other premium experiences.
Event Refund Rules
Non-Refundable Event Purchases
Unless otherwise required by law:
- event tickets,
- workshop access,
- webinar access,
- retreat deposits,
- and premium experience purchases
are generally non-refundable once booked or attended.
Dissatisfaction with:
- event outcomes,
- networking opportunities,
- community outcomes,
- speaker content,
- participant experiences,
- or connection outcomes
does not qualify for a refund.
Borderless Love reserves the right to:
- modify event schedules,
- substitute speakers or facilitators,
- change venues,
- move events online,
- reschedule experiences,
- or cancel events where reasonably necessary.
Where Borderless Love cancels an event entirely, users may receive a refund, credit, or rescheduled access, at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Free trials, discounted offers, or promotional pricing may automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Users are responsible for monitoring trial expiration dates.
Promotional purchases may be non-refundable unless required by law.
If an account is removed due to:
- policy violations,
- harassment,
- scams,
- fake profiles,
- abusive behaviour,
- fraud,
- or safety concerns,
the user may lose access without refund.
Subscription Billing & Payment Processing
Borderless Love does not store full card information.
Payment providers may apply additional terms or protections.
Borderless Love reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.
Where legally required, users will receive reasonable notice before pricing changes take effect.
Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
Nothing in this policy overrides rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Users in certain jurisdictions may have additional legal rights regarding cancellations or refunds.
